At Galaxy Infosystems, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with a product, please review our return guidelines below.

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and free items.
• Products damaged due to misuse, accident, or unauthorized repair are not eligible for return.
• Customized or made-to-order items (e.g. configurable LED walls) are non-returnable unless defective.

Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
• Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or repair at no extra cost.
